All orders are shipped by An Post and are tracked, a signature is required on delivery.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING TIMES

We will email you once your order has been shipped. If there are any delays, we will notify you by email.

A tracking number will be provided automatically when your order ships. All products are shipped in discreet packaging for your privacy. For security reasons, please ensure someone is at home to accept your delivery, as the driver will not leave packages in letterboxes or remote locations.

Milagro De La Tierra Stockists and Distributors:
Depending on stock levels, please allow 1–10 working days for your order to be shipped. In most cases, stockist orders ship within 1–2 days. We recommend planning your order in advance to ensure your products arrive when needed.

RETURNS

You may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc).

You should expect to receive your refund within 15 working days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases the time period will be less. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
